Women in the community have little power to voice within their husbands, living as depending on their husband’s income only. They have too few assets, a lack of access to opportunities to earn money to strengthen their power by themselves. This voice has made Rokhak become what we are now today.
We understand the importance, the ability to develop a skill, heart to try something also generating income that they will be apart to support the family. We offer women the opportunity, weaving to earn, work at home easily and taking care of their children at the same time.
Normally, We come to these communities when need to collect the products, training them for product development and conduct the workshop.
